Well-known chef, food writer & cookery school proprietor, Catherine Fulvio has partnered with Druids Glen and many of the excellent local suppliers she knows so well to create signature dishes that will be available throughout the resort. Using the freshest of ingredients, our chefs prepare a variety of dishes to cater to all tastes along with a satisfying, accompanying wine list.
We also have a selection of Catherine's cookbooks for sale in our Gift Shop so you can get creative at home !.
