Mini Wellness Retreat at Woodstock House

This August, we're teaming up with the incredible Greystones Wellness Hub to launch the first in a new series of wellness events at Woodstock House. The Retreat includes:
A welcome goody bag, delicious acai bowls, herbal teas, & coffee to start the day.
A 45-minute yoga session, a breathwork practice, & a skincare talk & demonstration from The Spa.
A lunch of toasted banana hazelnut bread, granola with yoghurt, seasonal fruit, & pastries.
