Videos

We typically embed videos onto our website in mp4 format, with native accessibility (Aria labels, keyboard controls, etc.). We are currently unable to provide an accompanying audio description. We understand the importance of accessible content and are actively exploring options to improve captioning support in the future.

At times, some of the videos on our site might also be embedded and hosted via YouTube. These may not always have perfect captions or audio descriptions. We’re reviewing them and making changes where we can.

Virtual Tours

On our homepage, we provide a link to a Matterport virtual tour of our property. Because this content is hosted externally and not under our direct control, we are unable to guarantee its full accessibility. We continue to work with our 3rd-party providers on how best they can support our accessibility efforts.

Third-party tools

Third-party applications: Some third-party applications integrated into our site are not fully accessible. Despite our best efforts, we cannot control the accessibility of these elements. Those are listed below:

• Elfsight Instagram Feed – We have embedded a 3rd-party Instagram feed on our homepage, and while it is accessible to a degree (keyboard navigation, Aria labels, etc.), we cannot guarantee it’s compliance now or after future updates
• Net Affinity Booking Engine & Online Vouchers – Our website has an embedded booking engine and an online voucher platforms which may not fully comply with the following:
  • ARIA commands must have an accessible name
  • Buttons must have discernable text
  • Links must have discernable text
  • Interactive controls must not be nested
