Surrender in full and return to source. Focused on the back of the body and specifically centred on the areas that are prone to tightness and tension. Feel your body and soul come together again. The 90-minute option offers an added 30 minutes focused on the neck, shoulders, face and scalp and includes the use of the soothing GROUND Gua Sha stones.
