What is the best way to make a reservation? You can book online on our website where you will see our best available rates and exclusive offers. Booking is secure and instant confirmation is given by an on screen confirmation and email confirmation. In order to make a reservation, you must enter your credit or debit card as a guarantee. We do not charge a deposit and your card details are taken through a secure server. Our booking engine is fully PCI compliant which means that the system adheres to all the latest security standards in online transactions. All customer data and card information is held securely. Alternatively, you can book directly over the phone and one of our reservation agents will be happy to assist you with your booking. In addition to that, you can also email your enquiry to email@example.com however while we endeavour to respond to all enquiries in a timely manner please allow for up to 48 hours (2 business days) for a response.
Is my booking guaranteed if I book your hotel on a third party website? Yes, your booking is guaranteed if you book through a third party website. We work with a number of different partner websites who have access to our rates and availability. However, we always advise that it’s best to book directly with us on our own website or over the phone.
What is your cancellation policy? Our standard cancellation policy is 72 hours in advance of your arrival date. This applies to both cancellations and modifications. Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the package in which you have booked. For example, Christmas and New Year’s packages require a non-refundable deposit.
How do I cancel my booking? If you have booked online on our website or if you have booked directly with us over the phone you will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +353 1 287 0847 to cancel your reservation. Our office opening hours are Monday – Friday 8.00am - 7.00pm and Saturday & Sunday 9.30am - 6.00pm. If you have booked through a third party agency, you will need to cancel directly with the agency.
Will I lose my deposit if I cancel my booking? For the majority of bookings, we do not charge a deposit. We only hold your credit or debit card details in a secure manner in order to guarantee your booking.
Will I get charged for not showing up? Yes, our hotel policy is to charge for the first night of accommodation if you fail to show or do not cancel your booking in the agreed time-frame as we may be in a position where we are unable to resell the room.
Is it better to book directly with the hotel or with a third party website? In order to obtain our best available rate, we would advise booking directly with the hotel. This excludes private rates and rates that are part of a package. If a better room rate is publically available on the internet, please refer to our best rate guarantee policy.
