FAQ - Restaurant & Bar
What time does the bar close at each night? The Garden Rooms and Bar closes at 1.00am Sunday to Thursday and then 3.00am on Friday & Saturday nights.
What time is food served until in the Bar? Bar food is served from 1.00pm to 9.00pm daily.
Are children welcome in the bar? Yes, children are more than welcome in the bar until 9.00pm.
What time is breakfast served from and until? Breakfast is served each morning from 7.30am until 11.00am.
Do you provide room service? Yes, we provide room service. There is a tray charge of €8.00 per room and room service is available 24 hours a day with a limited selection of items. Breakfast room service is charged at €8.00 per person.
Do I need to book a dinner time before arriving to the hotel? We strongly advise that you book at least 7-10 days in advance of arriving as Hugo's Restaurant is a popular choice for most guests and it can get very busy particularly during summer, mid-term and at weekends.
What dining options do you have in the resort? We have a couple of dining choices available at the resort. Hugo's restaurant offers guests a wonderful dining experience and has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence. The Garden Rooms and Bar has an excellent lunch menu and also serves an evening menu up to 9.00pm daily. Fairways is ideal for a bite to eat after a round on Druids Heath golf course, with delicious main course dishes on the menu. We also have private dining options in Woodstock House which is over 400 years old and has been magnificently refurbished and now serves as Druids Glen golf club. It is only a 4-minute drive from the hotel.
Do you cater for vegetarians & people with gluten free diets or coeliacs? Yes, we have a vegetarian and gluten free menu. We advise guests to inform the hotel prior to arriving about their dietary requirements.
Do you cater for large groups? Yes, we can cater for larger groups of 20 or more and we can also provide private dining options in one of our meeting rooms. Guests are advised to contact the hotel directly to discuss this.
Do you have sky sports in the bar? Yes, we have Satellite TV with Sky Sports which shows all the sporting events.
Is there entertainment or music provided in the hotel? Yes, on Saturdays we have a local musician who plays in the Bar from 10.30pm - 12.30am.
Do you have a kid’s dinner menu? Yes, we offer a children’s a la carte menu which is served in the Garden Rooms and Bar and Hugo's restaurant daily. Children may dine in the Garden Rooms and Bar until 9.00pm and in Hugo's restaurant until 7.00pm.
